Michele Fiore
Michele has joined the Perlson team as Team Coordinator of the Virtual Controller Division. Michele will use her 18 years of experience in office management, and client bookkeeping to support and strengthen the Virtual Controller Division. Serving as the VC Team Coordinator, Michele oversees workflow management, supports daily team operations, and manages key accounts receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing. Michele focuses on improving efficiency, strengthening communication, and keeping the team and clients supported at every step.

1. What about your job inspires you?
I love the work-life balance that Perlson allows. It fosters the ability to grow both professionally and personally. I think the different fields, clients, and job duties are inspiring because we always learn from one another, which will help me better service the company and the clients.
2. What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy attending Pilates classes and boxing sessions. And I unwind with knitting and reading.
